Planetarium shows and live animal demonstrations are given upon request. Simply ask the museum host at the front desk!

The museum is attached to Dennis Hall on the Earlham College campus. Parking is available behind Dennis Hall (in Parking Lot G), in Parking Lot H, and in front of Tyler Hall Welcome Center. The museum is labeled as “R” on our campus map. You can also use our GPS coordinates: N 39° 49′ 26.46”, W84° 54′ 42.53”.
Recommended driving directions: After turning into Earlham College’s main entrance from National Road West, turn left at the first stop sign. Parking is available in Visitor Lot G on the right and also in Parking Lot H on the left.
Public Transportation
Rose View Transit’s bus from State Hospital to Earlham College (Route 5) stops on College Avenue every hour on the half-hour. Bus fare is $1.75 for adults and $1.50 for students, senior citizens (60+), and disabled passengers. Children under five ride free. Follow the signs on the Earlham campus to the museum.

Holiday Closures
We are closed on New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, the Saturday of Earlham’s commencement (Saturday May 17, 2025), Juneteenth, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
We maintain our normal open hours throughout Earlham College breaks.
